Other Animations
Unfortunately some of the animations produced were not used and handed on to other students. Therefore naturally some animations were lost in transition.
INITIAL LOGO ANIMATON
This was the first test for the LAM (Leave a Mark) animation. This consisted of 4 versions of the main scribble which morphed into a rotation. The background consisted of a series of crumpled paper scans I made for the purpose of this animation. And the LEAVE A MARK was animated so as to look like it was written which was later redone by James.
MORPH ANIMATIONS (Graphic Design)
This was a concept which I created for the initial pitch of Leave A Mark. The idea was to have scribbles as characters morphing into each other in a lo-fi fashion.
After the LAM concept got chosen I created another of these morph animations for the Graphic Design course. This was done by hand drawing different frames of the behind the scenes footage and the morphing them and adjusting timing.
The first one was disliked due to the thinner lines used so a second version was created with thicker lines whilst still staying inline with my original concept. But unfortunately it was scrapped.
This task had to be passed on to the rest of the projection and interactive team where I had to help/show them how to do this animation.
A version with the video underneath was also tested but did not work well.
MORPH LOGOS
In the original pitch was to have the different class logos morphing into each other. This was attempted with the final versions and did not look right.
WEBSITE OPNENING ANIMATION (Used)
Thats why instead the logo animations would appear consecutively after each other.
